The Vision
Video Walls
A massive center LED wall displayed custom motion graphics and branding, flanked by floor-mounted LED panels carrying the Coastal identity across the full stage width. These panels provided seamless motion backgrounds that “spilled” outward, creating a sense of depth and immersion.
Curtain Backdrops
Swooped, satin drapery added a soft, elegant frame for the visuals while reflecting light in bold color palettes, giving the stage a dimensional look that shifted throughout the competition.
Lighting Design
Automated fixtures, beam washes, and profile spots were layered to deliver both dramatic reveals and high-energy looks, synchronized with the excitement of each team’s entrance.
Grand Reveal Entry
A central player tunnel allowed teams to be revealed through the middle of the stage, giving athletes a powerful moment of anticipation before hitting the mat.
Our team produced full renderings, technical drawings, and rigging plots to communicate the design intent clearly and ensure a safe and smooth execution onsite.

The Results
