Presented by the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce and YP Nashville, The NELAS celebrate the emerging leaders helping shape the future of Middle Tennessee. The annual awards recognize outstanding professionals ages 21–40 for excellence in their careers, demonstrated leadership and meaningful contributions to the community.

For the 2026 ceremony at Marathon Music Works, UpLight Technologies provided the onstage LED video walls and production management. The video system created a strong visual centerpiece for nominee features, event branding, sponsor recognition and the announcement of winners across 14 industry categories.

Our role extended beyond providing equipment. UpLight coordinated directly with the Chamber’s event team and Marathon Music Works’ house production, connecting responsibilities across both groups and making sure the client had everything needed throughout the event. The result was a polished and cohesive awards experience that kept the focus on Nashville’s next generation of leaders.
