The Challenge
UpLight Technologies was tasked with transforming a standard ballroom into a vibrant, immersive experience that embodied the event’s theme, “Unique & United,” while delivering seamless, technical execution for a multi-day event featuring keynote presentations, panel discussions, multimedia segments, and entertainment.

Design & Pre-Production
We began with conceptual renderings and technical drawings to visualize the stage environment and plan for AVL integration.
Custom Set Fabrication

After receiving design approval, we created full technical drawings detailing the layout, dimensions, and rigging points with load calculations.
Audio
PA system deployed and tuned for uniform sound coverage across a wide hall
Wireless mics and playback for speakers and entertainment

Dual large format projection screens
Custom video, graphics, and branding consistent with the 1960s theme

The Results
